Bulk and uniform

Uniform cleaning in Albany, CA

Bulk uniform orders for schools, offices and organisations, with discounts for volume and for Police, EMT and Fire.

Chapter 01

A uniform is a hundred small jobs

One shirt is easy. Forty of them, every week, all needing to come back pressed the same way, is a different problem. Uniforms arrive in volume, on a repeating schedule, and they have to look consistent from the first to the last, because the person wearing it is representing a school, an office or an organisation.

Royal Cleaners takes bulk uniform orders for exactly those customers: schools, offices and organisations across Albany and Berkeley. The shop is a family run business that has served the Bay Area for over 60 years, and its staff together bring over 100 years of experience, which matters when the same garment type comes through the door again and again.

How a bulk order works

Bulk orders are set up by arrangement. Call (510) 323-4167 or email royalcleanersalbany@gmail.com with what you have, how many pieces, and how often, and the shop will tell you what it can do. Bulk discounts apply, so volume lowers the cost per piece instead of raising the headache.

There is also a discount for Police, EMT and Fire Department. If you serve in one of those, mention it when you call or at the counter, and it is taken into account.

The cleaning side is run on machines the shop describes as technologically advanced as well as environmentally safe, and it meets local and state regulations. Pressed garments come back bagged, ready to hand out or hang up.

Chapter 03

Keeping it running week after week

The simplest rhythm is a regular drop-off at the San Pablo counter: same day each week, same contact, same people who already know your order. The counter is open Monday to Friday 7:00 AM to 2:00 PM and Saturday 8:30 AM to 2:30 PM, closed Sunday, at 814 San Pablo Avenue in Albany.

There is no pick-up and delivery, so someone from your team brings the order in and collects it. Agree the pickup date at drop-off so nobody is waiting on a uniform the morning it is needed.

If a piece needs a repair, an on-site seamstress can hem, take in or replace a zipper, so one stop handles both the cleaning and the fixing. Ask when you set up the order and it can be folded into the same trip.

A school office, a small company or a volunteer group can all start the same way: count the pieces, pick a weekday, and call. A phone call is enough to find out what the shop can do for your numbers, and the answer comes from the people who will be pressing the garments.

Customers across Albany, Berkeley and the wider East Bay already trust the counter for everyday dry cleaning, and the reviews say the same thing again and again: nothing damaged, stains gone, prices fair. A uniform order is that same care, repeated on a schedule.

“Excellent service, very timely and always at the highest quality.” Korey L., from the Royal Cleaners testimonials.
